TOURNAMENT REQUEST PROCEDURE
Plenty of dates and times are still available for the 2009 season.  Please call Rich Walden at (303) 466 - 8285 for full details and a quote for the event pacakge of your choice.  Pricing depends on the date and time you choose to hold your event.  Once the quote for services has been accepted, a contract will be sent to you.  This document needs to be signed and returned to the Broadlands with the appropriate deposit within 14 days.  Your deposit will be credited to your account in computing your final charges.  Tournament packages, additional services, and menu options are detailed below.

SCORING
All tournaments at the Broadlands are scored through our Pro-Link GPS system.  Players enter their hole-by-hole scores into their GPS system and a real-time leaderboard is present during the entire event!  

Sponsor logos can be added to the ScoreCast Tournament leaderboard to recognize the contributing sponsors (cost based on size and number of logos) for your golfing event. 
 
SPECIAL SERVICES
The Broadlands is equipped to handle all your merchandise needs, with or without your logo.  Our national purchasing power and exclusive relationships w/ vendors like Nike, Adidas, Under Armour, Page & Tuttle, and American Dry Goods we ensure we can get any item you want at very competitive prices.

TOURNAMENT FOOD & BEVERAGE
Our food and beverage staff offers an excellent selection of meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner to compliment your scheduled event. These meals are available in a wide range of prices and options. All arrangements for these services will be made in advance through our Tournament Director.   Food and beverage not purchased from or provided by Broadlands Golf Course may not be brought on the premises.
